Gaming Mouse?

Im going to add some fuel to the fire here.
I recently pushed my mouse up to 1000hz - and its made a noticable difference. After about an hour of getting used to it, I did notice how it makes a player more responsive.
Its an absolute pain in the a$$ to do in Windows 7, but there's various guides on the internet. I dunno if a cheapo mouse would take 1000hz, but my trusty MX518 took it no probs.
