Gaming mouse.

That's a good selection. If you're unsure, the Logitech G400 is a safe bet (successor to the MX518). I had a go on a M60, and it was a nice mouse. I liked the sniper button, if you're into your scoping / sniping. As always with peripherals, if you get a chance to try them, do it first.

geez that sucks, which game was it?
you should make a post about it if its worth having

btw my suggestion is zowie, ss, logi, depending on hand size^^

I would stick with Logitech personally.

G400 is decent.

I have the G300 at home and I think it is fantastic for the price, plus the three customizable profiles are really useful for me, I have one for gaming, one for CAD and one for web browsing and word processing.

Was tempted to get the razer deathadder but this has tickled my pickle now!

Deathadder is an excellent mouse and imho has been the benchmark for a number of years.

You should see if you could try any out at a local shop first as how it fits your hand is very important.

Ikari Optical is the most accurate mouse I've ever used, and I've tried most of the popular ones. Build quality isn't the best, but it's cheap and bloody accurate! :)

+1 I've had my Deathadder since it came out (1800DPi), still going strong on it's second set of mouse feet which you can buy separately. The shape of it is perfect if you like to hold the whole mouse.

I couldn't stand my Logitech it had a horrible smooth finish that picked up all dirt and was hard to clean. It was also far too cramped for my liking - I had finger ache after 30 min of playing.
