Gaming on a 15.4 Laptop - WXGA Vs. WUXGA

I am getting conflicting reviews from people who own a 15.4 Laptop who have a WXGA (1440 * 900) with clearview technology Vs. people who own a WXUGA (1900*1200) display with a matte finish to it.

Basically I am trying to figure out should I fork out the extra cash for a WXUGA screen.

I am really into FPS games (BF2142, FEAR, Bioshock, HL2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, GTA) and I am looking to buy in the near future a 8800M GTX in a 15.4 laptop.
From what I have read the performance from a 8800M is pretty impressive and can make HL2 and most other games run sweet as a nut.

I am pretty lost as to what I should go for as far a screen selection goes and just wanted to ask you guys out there for your 2 cents worth.

Cheers.

I would go for the 1440 x 900, I personnally think that 1920x1200 on a 15" screen would look far too small, I have a 24" widescreen with that res and I can't imagine it on a 15". Although it might be ok on a 17".

Yeah I think you might be right mate. Also another thing is that the 1920x1200 screen comes in a matte finish only. And after looking at laptop screens today I find that CrystalView (glossy effect) is quite sharp on the eye. It doesn't look as dull as matte if you know what I mean.
