im after a new pc with these components in the badboy-
case
mobo
cpu
ram
psu
gpu
cpu cooler
ssd
hdd
mouse
wireless card
dvd drive

any advice would be welcomed, i was hoping to fit an i5 in there but its literally half the budget by the time you get an equivalent mobo,

cheers

Cheers mate

Its a nice build. I wasnt too bothered about overclocking in any case. Everything i tried to put together myself ended up being £700+

Ive never looked at AMD or any of the i3s. Not to sure if any of these would be better but an i5 seems to be better for gaming for what i have read.

I do prefer this build as if it does give me more scope to overclock in the future if i decide to ugrade etc. Ill most likely end up mix and matching components from each proposed build depending on my how my budget changes over the next few weeks.

All brand new components , B- grade only carry 90 day warranty and the z68 mobo with ivybridge cpu may need a bios update.

This can only be done with a sandybridge processor installed.

I think the "B" grade items come with OCUK 90day warranty and after that, it`s down to whatever warranty(manufacturer) is remaining.
