Missing is the operating system. You could use the free windows 8 for now, windows 7 home premium can be found elsewhere for £70, or you could strive to get the operating system using alternate methods until you can afford to buy one.

Does the motherboard come with a wireless card? i'm not very computer savie
No sorry, would you like me to find you a cheap but reliable wireless card..? I personally use a usb extension cable connected to a USB dongle which was supplied for free by virgin media xD serves me fine. I get 18.5mb/s down and 2.1mb/s up, which is practically the same as i get when wired, the signal also never drops out and i have extremely low ping... Online gaming is fine

Personally I would not use that power supply, it is boarding on the cheep and nasty end of the market.
Motherboard and keyboard and mouse are also out of stock, OP might want to check with customer support before ordering them to ensure that he is not waiting several weeks on them.
OP, have you seen and used windows 8, It is a major departure from previous Windows operating systems and is not to everyones liking, mine included.

As acme said leave the OS for now. Windows 8 is due for proper release next month, use the developers edition for now and purchase the OS later on.
I've used a modular PSU which is a bit of a luxury, the Z77 mobo can overclock the i5K should you want to upgrade down the line. It's lucid MVP software can switch between the GPU and IGP depending on what's needed at the time to save power. During gaming the IGP can be used to boost the dedicated GPU.
Gigabyte have a good uk based warranty. So the mobo and GPU i've used both have a 3 year warranty (acmes HIS 7850 is 2 years and clocked slower). The OCZ PSU has a 5 year warranty to help justify the price aswell.
I included a USB wifi dongle simply because it's easy to move it to get a better signal, you could have course opt for a PCI-E wifi card if you wanted to.

No ssd, horrible Toshiba hard drive, if you are going modular save yourself £10 and get the cooler master silent pro modular 500w, the graphics card I suggested is cheaper and will overclock to at least 1050mhz, potentially more, but the cooling on the one you suggest is likely more efficient and it has a higher standard clock, so good call Good call on the motherboard, case and mouse too But at the cost of an SSD?
