Gaming PC advice please

Hi guys,

I'm looking to get a new PC for gaming.

Not really sure what to look for I inherited my old computer so any advice would be awesome. Ideally as cheap as possible probably around £700

I play mainly offline games like Skyrim, GTA4 things like that with a little bit of online Starcraft and things.

I want to be able to run dual monitor but I wasn't thinking of making it do anything too taxing while I was gaming probably media player and the internet would be about it. Would this affect the specs I need?

Looks as though a 2GB graphics card is probably a good option?
 
just tower, no peripherals or o/s needed?
