Hi there guys, I'm ordering pc components on friday and I wanted a last minute double check that I'm ordering the right things.

So i thought i'd ask people to give their opinions on best specs for a budget of £1000

All i need is

-mobo
-processor
-graphics card (or 2)

Been toying with the idea of 2x670 SLI but we'll see.

Thanks!

YOUR BASKET
2 x EVGA GeForce GTX 670 Superclock w/Backplate 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (02G-P4-2673-KR) £419.99 (839.98)
1 x Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail £189.95
1 x Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £105.98
Total : £1,147.91 (includes shipping : £10.00).

Over budget but well worth it.

It's better to go for the 4GB version of the cards a VRAM is being used more and more in games. 2GB has become average. The VRAM doesn't double when in SLI, so these two 4GB cards in SLI will have 4GB of VRAM. So, if you get 2 x 2GB cards, only 2GB of VRam.

This motherboard supports SLI (x8 x8) and has all the relevant usb3 and Sata3 ports.

Have you got an SSD?

That doesn't work mate. You need this: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/empfloiadabicdlgahhamannadefhehj?hl=en-GB
