Hi all my trusty old pc is getting on a bit now (7 years) and is struggling a bit now. Have been thinking of upgrading for a while but im not great with pc specs. I really only play WoW but would like the option to play other games as they come out. Looking at this prebuilt pc and looking for some opinions.

Hi and welcome.

Its definitely prebuilt that you are after?

By options did you mean for the PC i n that link or alternative prebuilt options?

Yeah deffinately would rather just buy a prebuilt as its easier for me and I dont need to build it. The one in the link is the one I am considering. Wasnt sure how to link it properly.

Well its a nice looking pc with good cpu+gfx card, I personally would spec 16GB of RAM and a 256GB or bigger SSD, 128GB wont last long.

The SM951 has better performance numbers than the PM version.

That PC is also SLI ready so you can add a 2nd 1070 later on in its life.

Should say i did actually click the option for the 256gb SSD and the 16gb of ram. The processor was the bit confusing me as I see a lot of people on the forums upgrading to i7 over i5. Wasnt sure its needed for my requirements though.

For gaming an i5 is fine, that setup is also overclocked to 4.5GHz.

If you were doing any editing/rendering then an i7 will be better again.
