Thank you, i think i could get cheaper ram, mobo and cpu

I can get all this stuff from rival websites for less so i will look into this.

well i have no idea what the "policy" for posting links from rival website on this forum is, so I thought I'd give you something from here.

look for a e7200 then, decent 4gigs of ram (ddr 800), and a p35 or p43 mobo, so that you can also overclock a bit.
and if you save enough from there, go for a 4850. :)

I was thinking about getting a mobo for about £50 so i can get some other stuff such as a better case and i only want 500gb hdd since i am capped at 40gb a month :( dum talktalk.

All motherboards under £70 wont be that good though, if you wanted to add a case into the £400 the performance of these specs would take a fairly large hit in performance.

I wouldn't bother with the E5200 as it only has 1mb l2 cache. I won't be very good for gaming at all.
Go for the E7300 or the E8200
While my E6300 only has 2mb l2 cache, it still bottlenecks my 8800GTS 512, and the next time I have some money, i'll be getting an E8200
