Gaming PC for cousin.

Good morning/evening,
I live in New Zealand but have been asked to help out to find a gaming PC for my cousin in the UK who is 18 this time.
Being over here I'm out of the loop of where to but PC's and parts etc now so thought I would ask here.
I have been sent this which he is interested in....

Instead of buying these two:

• 1 x Seagate 1TB BarraCuda HDD 7200rpm 64MB Cache Internal Hard Drive (ST1000DM010) (SKU: HD-376-SE) = £34.99

Why not just buy this instead? Same amount of storage space, cheaper, and no need for a mechanical HDD.

What they want to do is buy a full PC that is ready to go.
