Hi All.

Since my Last PC got fried, I haven't really looked at gaming. I am now looking to build a sweet gaming rig for around £300-400 ($478-637 at time of writing).

Need to play BF2,BF2142,BF1943,TF2 and AA3 with some sweet graphic performance.

I have no AMD vs Intel or nVidea vs ATI bias, I am fully open to suggestions on all parts. I just need it to be in budget and perform really well!

Monitor +Keyboard+Mouse+speakers are not needed!

If you can try and give parts from UK suppliers, that would be great.

TIA

Gav

If your looking for a complete tower then your going to be hard pushed for 400 pounds. With that budget dont expect anything revolutionary and not some not so sweet graphic performance.

Also as a rule on these forums we can only list parts from ocuk so don't expect variation in who we recommend!

So you need an Operating System? Don't think the pre order deal on Win7 is still on in America... have you considered Linux? With an emulator such as Wine (or maybe Cegeda) it should be able to run those games, use less resources in the process and is completely free.

OS is taken care of. Will be using Win Vista then 7 (MSDN partnership via uni!)

I am essentially looking for
Case
Mobo
Processor
Graphics Card
Memory
HDD
