Ok I need some questions answered for me, It would be a lot of help if they were .

Motherboard:
Asus P8Z77-V PRO

Flash:

1. Do I upgrade my motherboard B.I.O.S before I put all the system components in?
2. How do I upgrade, Do I use my USB flash drive?
3. How do I check for my BIOS Version, Do I need to boot up my PC after I put everything in it and in the case?
4. Do I have to upgrade?

Is there anything else I need to know?

I'll be making my PC in the kitchen, my table on top is a material called For Mica, Is it safe to build on there or is it conductive?

Fans:
Front: 230*30 mm red LED
Top: 200*30 mm fan *2 (One optional)
Side: 200*30 mm fan
Rear: 140*25 mm fan
Which ones should I plug into the MOBO?
What/how should I connect these?

(Where do I connect the Red connector for the Rear Fan?)

(Whats the connector named number 2 for/where does it go?)

I know the 4 Pin molex connects to the PSU and the other Molex gets connected from the PSU.

Sorry if there is too much, I'm just trying to make sure of certain things.

No, in fact you can't.

Once you've loaded windows visit Asus website and have a read of the manual.

3. How do I check for my BIOS Version, Do I need to boot up my PC after I put everything in it and in the case?

Yes you do. Once you have, then enter BIOS (F2, Del or F12, usually says during POST). Look under system information.

4. Do I have to upgrade?

Nope not by any stretch but you may not have your PC running at 100% until you do.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Yes.....In tech terms RTFM (Read the freaking manual)

Sorry I'm asking about For Mica because I don't know I think it's some sort of Plastic material.

And the case is Cooler Master HAF X.

Aslong as you do the old fasion grounding by touching you case every now and again you should be fine,ive build a couple of mine on the carpet with no problems
