£400~ Gaming build.

Hi I'm looking for a gaming PC that can run most of today's game on high settings. I'd like a GPU which is slightly future proof but I don't mind whether the rest of the build is. My budget is £400 give or take £50~.

Not bothered whether its Intel or Amd just what will perform the best. I would like a 64/128gb SSD included with the build just for the OS/programs as I already have a 1TB HDD I can re-use for storage but that's optional. I also have DVD drive, OS, monitor and mouse and keyboard from my current PC so these wont need to be included thanks in advance.

Looks good but i would change that PSU, with an XFX or a seasonic, just gotta read over these forums to see that Corsair PSU's are bad picks now, not reliable units. I had the same one in this build, it failed on me twice after i returned it to Corsair.

I would have gone for the XFX 450w but its out of stock, used the Corsair in various builds without issue.

Anymore suggestions? And the reason for this build is because my old pcs psu gave out and I've decided to upgrade my whole system rather then replacing just the psu.
