Ditch the 570 for a 480 super OC, write of the velociraptor, replace its with a win7 bundle with a 500GB WD Caviar blue and a 60GB OCZ Agility 3, means you have more storage space and it should be just as fast if not faster AFAIK. And I just wouldn't bother with the ripjaws when you can get the XMS3 for so cheap. Also, not quite sure why you need to 120mm because I don't know where the'ye going to be place in the case, but I left them in anyway.

EDIT:

Only other thing I'm thinking is that if you decide to go SLI with these cards down the line the 850W XFX may be cutting it a bit fine, running two of either 480's or 570's will be near enough 800W power consumption as it is. Could be worth either going the whole hog and getting 1000W PSU now, or downgrading to about a 650W now and upgrading in the future. Your call though.

SECOND EDIT:

Cheapest best 1000W PSU you can get of OcUK is this:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-053-OC&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1098

Reputable brand, its 80 plus gold certified and beats paying nearer £200 for a PSU.

Cheers mate. Your spec is brilliant and i will go with what you suggest. Not built a pc in 5 years and think its about time i do.

JFROs changes are all very good.

Except the change to a 480 - performance is near identical, but the GTX570 is much cooler, much quieter, draws less power and performs better in SLI, and the change of PSU.

850W is more than enough for SLI and plenty overclocking room (with 570s).

The 480 has more VRAM Though which games are now starting to eat up.

Notes

Includes a 64GB SSD for blistering performance, a 2TB HDD for storage, OS and the GTX480 which is an astounding card for the price. Ideally we could do with knowing what sort of budget you have and if there is anything you have already and so don't need to buy again. Anyway check out the spec and see what you think ;)

So which one is best then. The 480 or 570. I dont think i will bother with SLI anytime soon so what one would be better for me?

I'd say the 570.

Especially in the Antec 100 (it's not exactly a high end cooling case ;) and the 480 runs silly hot).

It also uses less power, and is quieter.

Why do people keep recommending the 480 soc? I wouldn't want to buy that card with the amount I'd problems people are having with them.

I keep forgetting that my 480 was a stock Zotac one and I then bought a Zalman VF3000-F cooler for it and it works a treat not a single problem ;) but obviously it's a different manufacturer.
