GAMING PC WANTED AND ADVICE

hi all this is my tired old pc thats lasted me 9 years im wanting to use some parts off it if i can was thinking of a amd fx 8350 cpu black edition corsair vengence 2x 8gb memory ddr3 1600mhz + gigabyte 78lmt usb3 ultra durable mother board, or a amd fx 8350+ gigabyte 990x gaming sli motherboard ddr3 corsair 8gb 1600mhz memory vengence lpd ddr3.
never ran a amd computer any ideas please was going to reuse the psu and artic cooler in my pc which is the antec 900 plenty of fans in to cool things down.
heres my old set up got it from competitor

1 x AC-FRZXT Arctic Cooling Freezer Extreme Soc775, AM2, 939

or should i just buy this >competitor
any advice please trying to keep the cost down as much as possible, like gaming bf4 world of warships and browsing internet and amateur radio
all help advice taken want to buy new if possible.

Not got that sort of money, whats the middle intel chips to go for ?

Why dont you tell us what games you want to play, what you want to spend, what you need (monitor? Keybo? mouse? xbox controller?) etc and we can help better.
