Gaming performance overlay

Not sure if it's the right place but is it possible to get a horizontal performance overlay like the Steam Deck on windows? Similar to this

I know msi afterburner was a thing when I used it maybe a decade ago but are there also other options?

MSI AF relies on RTSS, so you can use that directly instead. I haven't tried it but there's a big thread on Guru3D on how to customise it: https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/rtss-overlay-editor-megathread.436443/

What card do you have. The Amd adrenaline software has an overlay that you can make look as above.

Rog Ally. I did manage to get it looking like the Steam Deck.
