Gaming Rig Advice!

Hey there! I've decided to move from a gaming laptop and build a gaming PC, since I've started to notice it lagging behind lately (in terms of performance and graphics) and a full rig just can't compare. My budget is £800-900 but I could stretch to £1000. Any spec advice would be greatly appreciated since i'm pretty much learning from scratch! I would also need a monitor and a gaming keyboard preferably, no mouse is needed. Thanks in Advance! :)
