Yes that's fine, the case should actually be in stock around the same time the CPU does.
 
Weekly offers just changed. I've noticed that the NZXT Hale PSU adds £5/6 to the shipping cost for some reason, so you could get a SuperFlower 550W now on offer, for the same price. The NZXT PSU is also made by SuperFlower, but perhaps the Golden Green is slightly better (just basing this on the fact it's more expensive than the NZXT).

The monitor has also dropped in price.
