Gaming rig for daughter

I have been out of the loop for a long time when it comes to pc components.

I would like to build my daughter a nice gaming pc. She has a monitor and keyboard and mouse. Just the base unit is needed. Nothing high end. Max £500 I would say. Mini itx would be good but not a must have. She plays Tomb raider and wants to play action games, maybe flight SIM. Not high settings so no expensive graphics card needed.
