Looks fine. And maybe you will overclock your 960 a bit to get some more speed out of it.

I would try and get at least a gtx970 to future proof your system.

Decided i will not go for a dedicated GPU at the moment as budget does not allow.

That's fine. When you want to start gaming on it then you can look around again for your GPU. You may even get a better deal.
