You might be missing an OS? Not sure if you have one, if not then you are starting to push your 850 budget.

I will be getting Win7 Ultimate for £50 So im not including it!

Why are people saying i5? Ive heard that they are a dead end..is this true the many of you are saying i5!
How much would I say, and which what compromises?

WOW thank you everyone, no one has ever helped like this (except when on the other thread ATi or Nvidia) so helpful! Just so you guys know, I will probaley game for the next 4.5-6.5 years, then see how its comping then!. I like the comparrison site given by RJC, I have a few questions, the mobo is cheap is it reliable? Is that enough ram?

Mattwat, I like your build, I love the AMD socket, but I still think Intel is the better one (please correct me anyone) I only say they are better because my laptop, desktop and family pc's are all Intel.

I like ATI graphics more I think because they seem more reliable.

Jakesnake, I do indeed like the sound of your build. I just dont know!

Please keep suggest guys!!! Has helped a lot!

Oh look, The good old OCUK i5 and i7 debate again :p
Indeed it is! :) care to join....

Jakesnake, Im going to guess, your using a i7 chip>? and your think I should stick with it as shown in your build idea. Why did you choose the nvidia out of interest? You like the others have interesting views..

RJC, thank your for the links, but If your running i7, would you not recommend it? Because I see your rig, i like it! If you dont mind how much did it cost, just roughly?

I would also like the build to be flexiable, Ie. Easy to do for beginner and easy to update for future!

The Graphics card, why is it so much...i cant find it on OC and I cant see what is so special about it!!

If I was to upgrade in the future I would have to buy a new mobo AND cpu?

I do like your second idea, any possible way to cut down even, £15?? like the moatherboard, whats so special about that? From what I read its a serious overclockers board, I dont know how to overclock so I most likely wont, and for the RAM, what bout this

What if I go for,
i5 760 £144.98
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4 Intel P55 £149.99
dont know what ram to go for
Will go for the same cpu cooler
I want some kind of ATI card..
Dont know what PSU - probaley the truepower?
What else I need?

Thats a great set up!!! I am ordering it most likely!:) thank you everyone!. Could I change the PSU to the XFX 650W power supply because I see the truepower is £99 usually, and so I will most likely not order this week...what should I do?
