Gaming Slow advice please

Not used my PC for a while for gaming

where is the loophole in my system please? got about £50-£80 to spend to improve things

CPU Intel Core 2 Duo 6300
2GB Ram
Windows 7 64 bit
Geforce 7800 GT Graphic Card
3TB Hard Drive

Any help would be great

To be honest the system looks like it could do with replacing to play games at a decent level, although if you could overclock the CPU and change the graphics card to something decent it would probably at least make a noticeable difference and of course the ram, but I wouldn't waste money on new DDR2 as it's more expensive these days than it ever was before.
