Gaming spec check please £700 budget

Hi I have been given the task of building a gaming pc for my 12yr old Nephew's Christmas. got a £700 pound budget £730 at a push.

He doesn't need mouse, keyboard, O/s. speakers.
I was going to give him the 4 gig of ram i have spare.

He will be using it for Minecraft, Bf3, Gw2 and Source games (Gary's Mod etc) and his Xbox. Which is why i went for this monitor as it has DVI-D and HDMI.

came up with this.

Any where I could be saving? Or have overlooked?

thanks for the reply he wont need an O/S I really wanted a monitor with both DVI and HDMI though.
