Gaming - Streaming - Recording Base unit build

Hi All,
I am considering a new computer for streaming/recording and gaming. typical games are CS:GO, DOTA2, SC2 and others.

The budget is £800 for the base unit, but I would like the machine to last me a couple of years. I have the keyboard/monitor/mouse and OS, this is purely the base unit. Suggestions are more than welcome!


*EDIT - to add to this, I dont mind going down the OC Route, not done it in 6 ish years but am happy to pick up on latest methods.

I'd hold out till Haswell, it's just around the corner and will give you that extra bit of future proofing. I'd spec a 3570k etc, but with a 4570k nearly here, it would make sense to wait just a little while.
