Gaming/Streaming rig £950 budget - Need advice

So I'm literally looking through the store looking for the best parts to order for my Gaming/Streaming rig.

I'll be using this rig for streaming via twitch whilst I play games. I'll play a variety of games including; BF4, CSGO, Rome II, SC2, Star Citzen [when released], so I need it to be able to run these games with high graphic settings whilst streaming smooth.

Other information:
AMD/Intel builds are fine
No water cooling
No operating system required
I have 2 BenQ 1080p monitors that I'll be using with this
Needs to run relatively quiet [No jet engine parts]

You'll probably want 8 cores. i7 being the preference although the Piledriver stuff does get good reviews saying it streams well, the game performance of the i7 *should* (without starting Intel vs AMD) be better.

Depending how much the streaming is important to you, if you are wanting to stream properly, running a completely separate streaming PC will help a lot. But then you're looking at nearly doubling your budget.
