Hi,
It's time for me to build a new machine that I primarily use for games, and occasionally some software development work. In the future I would also like to use it for 4K gaming and VR.
Unfortunately I've been quite out of touch with hardware over the years, so I could really use some help in recommending the following parts:
I'll be re-using my graphics card, PSU (EVGA SuperNova G2 750W), and Coolermaster HAF-X case.
I intend to keep this machine for a few years, so I'm after high quality and robust components. Would be great if a modest overclock is possible without too much effort.
My budget would be up to £1000, although the lower the better
I am looking for high quality, but also good value for money.
Thanks in advance

- Motherboard, CPU, and memory (at least 16GB)
- SSD for an OS drive. I suppose at least 256GB.
- Secondary disk for games, storage, general use, etc. I think something around 2TB.
- A good CPU cooler. I don't mind trying out an all-in-one water cooling set up.
