Gaming with one hand

RPG's like Diablo, Torchlight and anything similiar can be played quite well with a mouse I belive as you can control movement with point and click, and with mouse buttons controlling the use of key skills (a mouse with extra side buttons would make youre swtiching of skills even better).
In terms of strategy games, anything turn based is esasily played with just the mouse, as hotkeys arent a must, and obviously you can take your time. eg. Civ games

I recently had an operation on my left hand and was wondering if anyone knew of any good, mouse-controlled games that I could play?
I enjoy a good strategy game, but I really just want something to waste time on

Ah, I used to be quite into LOTRO, but I don't know whether I can do it all again.
Really? I played it on my friends iPod Touch and thought it was a bit rubbish.
