Ganged or Unganged (...that is the question?!)

Anyone know an answer? Pros and cons of each?


One would assume ganged is better as the pair work together? Just guessing tho.

I have 2x4gb and 2x2gb sticks.

Well if anyone asks again - Unganged is better for gaming as it improves multithreaded performance due to the IMC's working independently.

yes, ganged is better as they work together and get it done twice as fast

and now that sounds dirty too
