gangster, thug etc class system?

I have been using this forum for a fair while now, and very much enjoy reading all the posts, mainly GD and motors.

This has probably been brought up before but i don't really know what to search for so...

What is the gangster, thug, don, etc class system. How does it work, and what is it for?

The more posts you have, the higher your 'status' becomes. Don and Commisario are by appointment.

For normal users there is no difference apart from the avatar.

I suppose this "class" system is better than the typical "newbie, regular" etc system. Atleast it is original, and pretty cool.

yeah although a few extra would be good as 1000 posts on a forum like this isnt very many

Just 'cos some people joined way back when.

I don't think it makes a lot of difference really, an extra rank or two might be nice to add a bit more variety and personally I'd change the Commissario title to be Consigliere which would keep the ranking system more in line with the traditional mafiosi family system but aside from that it works pretty well I think.

Yeah i agree there should be a couple more after 1000+, maybe 2500+ then 5000

I take it you mean a female variation.

It would be cool if there was a female ranking system as well as the 'normal' male one, or at least one image for the women of OcUK to choose to have if they want to.

I would also like to suggest another ranking, there's lots of people on 1000 posts, it would be nice to see all the more experienced users (spammers) more easily

I haven't been here long, but I suspect I will be so it won't be too long before I clock up 1000+ posts. Therefore, I agree that more classes have to be added.
