Gantt Chart software for Linux

as title, looking for some free software to make a simple gantt chart and export it as an image.

Any reccomendations?

Never used it but you could have a look at kplato.

Not got my Linux machine here, but Dia might do it?

Could probablz use Dia but not the fastest method.
Kplato looked great for project management type stuff but i just wanted a simple clear gannt chart exported to an image and it does look like you can do that.

I assume you meant 'doesn't' ? If so it is probably worth joining the kplato mailing list and asking whether it can do what you want as even if it can't, the people there will probably have good knowledge of other programs and may be able to tell you of something that will work.
