Anyway who wants to have a look at my new to be garage.

After the disaster that was covering the floor of my barn iv decided to go for this

Its called the Gloucester modular and im going for 3 open and 3 doored in oak cladding

The space above is impacted badly by the 45 degree pitch of the roof but you still get a reasonable size room above to hide from my wife

Im going with grey slates on the roof not red to match me house.

Im going to put me Jags behind the doors and use the open ones for whoever gets home first.

When the bloke was round we spoke about electric up and over but it ruins the look of the whole thing.

I already have permission for a slightly larger building so that is the time consuming bit out the way.

I need to lay the foundation and all ground work for them before they come and build it.

50K this is costing, how much better can you do? Also can you do like for like construction, this needs to last the duration.

I got 17 foot by 7 above according to the plan if my conversion is right, i was thinking more a desk chair and mini bar

They will put its own domestic circuit board or whatever they are called to do inside and some outside lights, its a nice looking thing, im well pleased if it turns out as well as expected.

There are plenty of wooden doors that could be made to fit in quite easily, IMO;
