Probably seen my renovation thread but wanted a separate one for this as I don't think anyone else has covered it!
I've seen the post your garden thread and haven't seen anything similar sized to mine that I could compare and get inspired by.

I'm also thinking about having these in 4 corners of a quadrilateral shaped lawn.

15m2 Patio to be laid infront (nearest to you in picture) of the sleepers/dwarf wall.
I'd made rough measurements here for either a dwarf brickwall to be built or maybe some raised sleeper beds either side.
With the sleeper idea I thought I could lay additional sleepers around the edge of the quadrilateral shape.
Also, additional lighting ideas include the possibility of decking style lights recessed into the sleeper beds at low level to the floor.
