Anyone seen this ?

Just picked it up and watched it after being a fan of zach braff from watching scrubs.

Got to say it's one of the best films i've seen in a while funny, bittersweet and touching.

What say you lot?

It was my favorite Film of last year... (ok it was relesed late dec '04) its one of those films that nothing much happens but is great none the less, a bit like Napoleon dynamite.

For a first time director he does very well, it is just a nice film, one that i can watch over and over.

Aaaaaaaaaagh, great film, one of my favourites. There's quality in everything about this film, the mood it sets, the actors (Braff, Sarsgaard and Portman are perfect) the direction, the pace, the soundtrack is perfect too. Some of my friends have said that it doesn't really have much of a story, but I think they're missing the point. I love this film.

I still haven't watched it properly - I saw most of it on a plane trip once and really enjoyed what I saw of it. It's on my Netflix list tho - should be getting it through soon I hope!

You're joking, right? It was MASSIVELY acclaimed by every Scrubs fan and wannabe indie kid across the board. It got fantastic reviews almost everywhere. There's no way that you could describe it as 'underrated'.

I've watched it a couple of times and thought it was ok, it is a good first attempt but nothing overly special to my eyes, worth the watch though

while i agree it's not underrated by those who've seen it, it wasnt a massive hit, and there wasnt much fuss made about it on a real scale

Did it even go out on general release over here? Being a massive Scrubs fan i was waiting for months to see it, and the first i saw it was on DVD. :confused:
