Being that there are a few budding cooks on these forums, I'm wondering if anybody has got any good recipes?
What are the green leaves that are on garlic bread?
Any that you guys use personally?

Usually parsley but I've seen oregano or chopped chives used too
I use garlic, butter, salt and parsley. Made Kievs this week, yum.
Do this. I'm doing it tomorrow night. Let me know how it turns out:

Parsley usually, but Basil if it is a proper Italian restaurant. What are the green leaves that are on garlic bread?

Good call.I would only use Basil if the butter was being used with cheese tbh.
If you use that recipe, go with a Pinot Grigio for the wine. It complements well as the dinner wine to go with it. "Always cook with the wine you're going to drink."That sounds amazing. I think any shellfish would work with that.

Isn't that the idea?Trouble is I end up drinking the wine before I've finished cooking, then have to crack open another bottle![]()
