Garry's mod 10, A good server?

I just got this with a friend thinking it will work flawlessly, i was wrong, I want to host my own server as existing ones have rudiculous caps for props etc etc.

Anyway i found out that i cant make a working server if iv paid by paypal.. its a problem with Valve apparently, And we both paid by paypal without knowing.

Now im wondering if anyone here actaully play it, and if they know any server without prop limit. Or if anyones paid by anything BUT paypal, please host

(with high limits)

i take it no one plays Gmod 10 as it costs ? its only a 5er

I don't see how paying by paypal will make a difference to your ability to create a server. They are all the same version, and if not, you should have the right to take it up with Valve support for not advertising it as such.

OK, that's it, im sick of people trying to **** us off,
So, me and my friends are considering renting out a server for a months (the plan is that we get bored by then)

So i was wondering if anyone here can help us do so,

I had a quick look on google, and a dedicated server where everything is done for you is 14 pounds a months, how ever i thought i could just get a windows based server and run a dedicated server thing on that,
I was wondering if anyone here can help us do so, as we dont have much knollage in this,
