and the ensuing two bob bits after you try and cook that 'one' last sausage on dead coals..!!
I must agree, charcoal cooked BBQ Meat is lovely tasting, if done correctly, but Gas does give a more even cook and is excellent to keep your BBQ going as long as you need it.... Easier to light up as well
I need to get a new BBQ so reading the responses with much interest, I think I'll be going for a Gas one this time around, each year I get a new coal BBQ for £25 or something, this year think I’ll be investing in a nice Gas BBQ, bring it on..!!
Hmm..... BBQ, can't beat BBQ Steak, or 1/4 pounders..!!
I'm after a new bbq, and can't really say I'm fussed about charcoal or gas. I like the taste that charcoal gives meat (and yes I like the taste of burnt bbq food), but I'll probably get a gas one as it's so much easier.
