Gas Hobs

One of the tv cook shows is using kitchen aid induction hobs - they look pretty cool,

Moreover, they use the same resistant coating they have on their stainless gas hobs ... so they must believe in it

i just dont want induction no matter how good - i really want gas. Im i bit stuck in my ways on the front lol

the point was - the xilemium coating on their stainless gas hobs maybe good/durable since it is on other products too.

Our Neff gas on glass hob is great. It’s takes a bit of work to keep it absolutely pristine, but it cleans up a treat.
