Gas Lift replacement

Got a Vertigear sl2000 purchased from OCUK just over 2 years old.
My gas lifts no longer works
Anyone know if the gas lifts are standard item or if they vary in size per chair maker

Sorry, not sure about your question but it'd be worth getting in touch with the Vertagear support team and see if they can help out. I've previously read that they had provided a free replacement to someone else that was just outside of warranty, or at the very least they may even offer a discount on the replacement part?

Cheers buddy, have emailed them, I never thought it fail this quickly tbh but then I do spend most of my time on my PC and don't leave the house often so thats probably not helped lol
