Gas Submeters

I am trying to hunt down a gas submeter to bill each of my tenants separately in my flats but I can only find links to American sites, does anyone know where I can buy a few online in the UK as I can't find anything on fleabay either :confused:

If your tenants have proper flats, why don't the utility companies bill them directly?
