Read a couple of reviews and it looks like a top piece of equipment. 1:1, and aspect scaling working for all inputs. Unfortunately it won't do 1080p (720p or 1080i are fine) over component but it's fine on VGA or DVI. Reports are it works really well with a 360 over VGA or a PS3 over HDMI to DVI. Both display 16:9 aspect ratio with black bars. All scaling supposedly fine with ATI and NVIDIA cards (using OSD options not driver scaling) (edit: 4:3 and 5:4 resolutions scale OK too).

Haven't seen any photo comparisons for input lag but anecdotal evidence suggests nothing to shabby. Image quality supposedly on par with the 2407WFP.

Gateway's dead pixel policy isn't that great though. I think they allow about 9 dead pixels anywhere or 3 close together.

Any plans for these to make an appearance on OCUK? They've started appearing in the UK at prices that make the Dell or Benq 24" models difficult to justify and I'm getting tempted...

On some of the forums there are stories of this monitor suffering from severe ghosting issues and it has become bit of a lottery, where people have gone through 2-3 RMAs before getting a decent one.

But most of these cases were in the US, hopefully they have sorted it out for the UK :)
