I,m looking at getting a new graphic card got about £100 so what can I get which will be an improvement over the 7900gs, I probably sell on of the 7900gs and the other will go in the kids pc.
I wont be using SLI so either ATI or Nvidia will do.

Cheers

Yes and we are talking about a 3850 or 8800GS which are a fair bit behind the 8800GTS.

Anyway, we both have access to tomshardware and we can both see the figures for 7800GT SLI vs 8800GTS, and they arent very far apart. So I doubt it would be a worthy upgrade unless you're wanting to play DX10.

I have them in SLI at the moe and they do the job plays COD4 with everything maximum and the frame rate is fine I run them at 630core & 1400mem.
res 1440-900
