Hi I just formatted and as soon as win 10 booted my screen
I was getting blue artefacts all over the screen? On the boot up even from bios
I got on downloaded latest drivers from nvida and now I got no display at all ?
And maybe after 5 reboots it gets into Windows with no artefacts and the whole PC freezes ?
Any help appreciated seems to just load in to Windows and th reboot itself ?
This was same issu before a total format
Is it my gcard ?
I've tried different cables it does it on the different monitors ?
I thought after a total reformat and while it would work. But it's still causing errors and I get video Tdr error messages after it restarts!?
And I've just installed the one driver it doesn't do it on the default gcard driver ??

Probably gfx card if it's doing artifacts in bios, Outside guess it could be psu, Have you onboard gfx to test?

If not try and find a friend who can put the card In His machine or you try a different gfx card in yours.

I find it strange it shows artefacts pixels on the screen even booting up the bios menu
And yet sometimes before I formatted it it would run for 4hrs with no issues then just restart
So it's the same issue before I whipped the hard drive
And would drivers cause the card to artefact on a boot up !?

Ok just booted using onboard graphics and everything works should I add my gtx970 and see if it works or replug my 980ti in??
First I'm doing Windows updates
But unsure whether to put in same card or try a different card ?

Plugged in my zodiac 970 detected straight away updated to same drivers as before, rebooted worked first time no artefacts ..
So must be my 980TI has some issues
Now I had issues before and sent my PC back to ocuk they stress tested it for 5hrs and sent it back to me saying it had. No faults.
But clearly the gcard has something up with it
I wonder if it got damaged in transit I also noticed on close inspection after taking my 980ti out that one of the Dvi
Connectors was missing where you screw the screws in to it ?
Strange ...
