GCard knackered already?

The evga 9600GT i got from ocuk i think is going dodgey already..
When i used to play garys mod on it it would just overheat and i would have to reboot, same with some other source games.
Now i cant play COD4 or 2, since about 2 days ago i get this error message saying something like nv_4 driver not responding, in which i have to turn my pc off and back on again. Both of these games are played fullscreen, if that makes any difference since the ones a play in a window still work. Ive put a picture below (sorry for the blurryness).

Any ideas guys? Do i just need a new card? Im confused .

*edit* this problem doesnt occur when i put my old 7900GS in but that doesnt run the game well and has other problem which i dont want to go into .

which drivers are you using?

Install latest drivers, if that does nothing, put out an RMA for it. I'm assuming it's fairly new and was bought from OcUK

Try the 174.74 and see if you get any problems, they are the latest available drivers.

Yes, ive got those drivers installed and yes it was from OCUK.

Just re-downloaded and re-installed the drivers, still same problem.
Should i goto EVGA to take it back or through OCUK?

*edit* its ok, all working now, i just went to nvidia control panal and reset to defaults
