I feel absolutley livid!

Recently I've found that my Volvo needed a new gearbox. Fine. So I looked online and found a place in Liverpool that sold reconditioned gearboxes, cost me £260 all in. The gearbox was supposed to arrive before the bank holiday. It didn't. Finally on Thursday I finally recieved it and spent the best part of 2 days fitting it and doing a few other odd jobs. After all that I've just found out that the gearbox is most likely faulty. It won't engage in any other gear bar 5th. I should have really checked before it went in, but I didn't think they'd be the need.

I'll have to wait until tomorrow to phone them and see what they're gonna do about this. Would I be asking too much to push for them paying labour charges for fitting another gearbox?

I'm too tired to be outwardly angry at the mo, but if I had the strength I'd go mad.

there's no chance of getting money back for labour.
have you refilled the oil? if might be sticking cos there's no oil in it.
