forged internals as in the block or on the heads? its got an sti short block... unless its something totaly different

ahh,... the 6speed has gone but... theirs another from an ver2 RA

Subaru Impreza gearbox froma version 2 RA. Fitted with close ratio gear kit between 1st to 4th but with tall/high ratio 5th gear for high speed cruising. We built this box with 5th as a close ratio but was only getting a 120mph, the customer wanted to more speed at less revs for motorway cruising. so thats why we fitted the higher ratio. It now cruises at 120mph with top speed of approx 145mph. There is a sziable step from 4th to 5th. The gearbox was stripped and overhalled 1500miles ago. A1 internals.

would it be ok?
