Gears 2 Tick Tick Boom event July 1st - 6th

Level 50 isnt too bad but level 100 will take a longgggggggggg time! 6-7 milion xp and you tend to get a few k per game though it depends on the mode you play... 2k per wave of horde is probably the fastest way to level up but can get boring quickly..
 
Tried to play online Horde but it told me I dont have the correct playlist and would not let me find anyone...

Did you try playing the 'social' playlist without all the maps.. this is a new thing they added during the last title update where they introduced a new mode where people could join and drop out whenever they wanted without penalty but you needed all the maps which were heavily discounted when they introduced it..

The normal public horde should work ok.. just means you start in a new game and once people drop out ne wplayers cant replace them..
 
Went from level 28 Friday to level 50 yesterday.

If you do it on security, you can average 1000xp a minute (do wave 1, die).

Can't be bothered with 100.
 
Played Horde on Day One and River over the weekend on Insane. Waves 1-9 were no problems, by the end all of us were pistol one snapshot ticker dispatchers. The boomers however, christ. 30 seconds, dead. Managed it on river in the end, but out of sheer luck more than anything.

2000xp a round was most satisfying though. :)
