I, er, May have played a MP beta of this. Ran like a charm on my i7 6700k (no OC), 16GB and my 1080 at 3440x1440p with max graphics.

Anything from Microsoft or on the Microsoft Store or gamepass will require it. I too was resistant for a good while but haven't had any bother with it.

Unless the full game is very different a 5700XT and a 1080ti provide 60fps minimum in ultra at 1440p in this tech test. ditto 1080p.

I suppose pre-super the 2080 was the next best thing but a 2070S should do the job now.

Played a few games yesterday, most stuff on ultra, a couple of settings on high gave me a solid 75FPS (max ref rate of my screen) at 1440p, no dips and looked and played great. That's on a 2700X and a 2060.

Tech test ran ok on my system although my GPU was screaming. I5 4670K @ 4ghz and a 780ti

Looking forward to the full game now though.

does this support RTX? if not i cant think of another reason why a 1080ti wont be able to deliver the same experience as a 2080.
