Gears of War Demonstration and Q+A video

ta getting it now will watch after work :)

Showed GOW to a m8 who dont own a 360 and he was blown away buy it and now after a 360 ;)
 
this is there killer title really and its already been show to be playable on more than 1 occasion they really need to release a demo as i reckon it would severely hurt sony if mates of people who havent seen this game yet will want it :cool:
 
He didn't Jump once. Not once. Aww man not another FPS without a Jump function. Imagin you are some rock hard Mofo SOB that kicks the arse off of Giant Spider Demons that crawl out of the ground. But you are limited to the fact that you always need to be touching the ground. You'd feel inadiquate.

I hope there is a jump feature (not that this will stop me buying the game).
 
game looks ace I love the following cnn style cam. And the ducking behind cover looks good. Just have to wait to see what the ai on enemies is like and if it's a bit samey.

Although this and dead rising makes getting a box seem tempting.

I watched this at college a couple of hours ago (hogging college bandwidth for the win!)

It looks fantastic. I had no idea the doding was that cool, can't wait to stamp someones head :D

I haven't heard much about the multiplayer as for me that's what's important in games at the moment, should do a bit of reading.

This is pretty much the reason i'm (hopefully) buying a 360 in the next week or so.

This and ut2k7 is gonna take up a lottt of hours over this year when I start Uni and should be doing work :D

The point is the same the marine can not jump. (wimp)

I'm going to be mocking him all the way through the game, and then mocking the enemy because they are getting their asses served by a guy who cant jump.

It's actually rumoured to be coming for the 360 but hasn't been confirmed either way by Epic so until they say it is or isn't coming no one knows.

I'm not sure I could play this on a console though.

Just speculating, they've been releasing a demo every day this week.


Dunno if they've anounced them all ahead of time - I didn't find out about the MotoGP one until last night.
