Gecube cards are certainly fine mate, they are just reference boards mainly though you do get cooling variations sometimes with them. Ran them myself in the past with no problems. Have never had an RMA with them so cant tell ya about how that would go

The following items are OUT OF WARRANTY even if returned after purchased!!
Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by customer.
Any items that become non-functional due to customer improper use.
Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer that cannot be verified as our products.
Any items that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt.
Any items which is not sold from our official distributors or resellers.
Now dunno about you but ive never had a receipt for a piece of computer gear that has the serial number on it? and im not sure about the "official distro and resellers" bit either. Sounds like a lot of ways for them to dodge warrantys to me

You've got a minimum of 12 months from the supplier, and if it's the same place I've just seen that card on their rma service is said to be pretty good these days. A mate has recently rma'd a LCD monitor and HD through them with no hassle at all.
At that price go for it. I'd get it if I hand't got an MSI 3870X2 elsewhere last week.
