You should be able to get a bit more if you ask me. I've pushed the core as far as it will go, the memory is at 960 and there should still be more to come (I've seen some cards clocked above 1000MHz!).
Does get hot tho, worth getting rivatuner to set a fan profile so that the fans runs at 100% at full pelt (not as loud as you think!).

I have had 3 cards (EVGA Superclocked and 2 BFG OC) and none would top 650. From memory 645 was my limit.

im using the video card clocking utility via nvidias control panel
if i push the card higher it fails the test
are there better clocking utilities i can use that would also save the clock when windows is restarted
